arm for laptop very unstable, whenever you take off laptop hand goes completely up. manovering with hand very complicated if desk is close to wall most likely you will not be able to get in some positions that does not stick out your laptop and monitor far away into your face in case you have your desk up to a wall. overall very bad product but again not horrible for 1 star.
