The part of the mechanism where you adjust the monitor height is very wobbly. After the initial assembly and mounting the monitors, I started to file a complaint because it looked like a defect (the monitors were flying from side to side even with a gentle nudge of the desk). But it seems to be more of a design flaw than a manufacturing defect. In the end, 4 lock nuts to secure the mechanism solved it. For a product like this, however, I would expect this to be sorted out at the factory, and not for the customer to have to take it apart and fix it themselves.
