Coffee quality is an absolute priority for us and we take your opinion very seriously. We investigated the situation internally and unfortunately it was indeed a specific batch that had a quality control failure. This batch is no longer in stock and has been withdrawn from further distribution. At the same time, we have taken additional measures to ensure that a similar situation does not arise in the future, even though we have been carefully monitoring quality for a long time.
