The top transparent lamination does not match the substrate, so a 1-2mm strip along the entire length of the tape is without lamination and on the other side along the entire length of the tape the lamination overlaps. Usable for those who don't need a perfect result and don't mind the lamination sticking out after gluing (it doesn't stick, of course), otherwise waste.
