After inserting it into the HP DeskJet 3050A printer, the message Counterfeit cartridge used appeared on the printer display, and then only Problems with the black cartridge and the printer refused to work. I returned the cartridge as a complaint (ASRE24762379), it is being resolved. Newly purchased original HP301 black is O. K.
