Probably the best soy non-dairy milk that makes an amazing pudding that tastes like "cow's milk". When I had Soy, or any protein other than this, the pudung tasted like it was made of water. It also makes great yoghurt, thanks to its higher protein content (I use Sojade natural as a starter, the yoghurt is of such a good consistency). Then there is the HIGH protein 750ml, which I used to make only yoghurt from, but it was quite too stiff for me.
This soy non-dairy is just right.
Too bad about the higher price.
