A lot depends on fitting them correctly. The earplug needs to be inserted and spread along the ear canal so that it seals properly. A slight vacuum in the ear is normal and quickly fades. When well-sealed, they reliably muffle snoring, outside noise and the TV playing. They are soft, comfortable for sleeping and nothing breaks off them. It is not worth rinsing them with water, as the gel then falls apart.
Excellent noise dampener
Comfortable for the whole night
Nothing chips off them
The pack lasts for a max. of 30–40 uses
After a while, fluff and dirt start sticking to them

Convenient
They don't make your ears itch
Washable
Doesn't muffle as well as regular earbuds that stick directly into the ear
In the morning, due to the sweat in the ears, they stick out a little from the ear, enough not to make them dull
