I normally have a problem wearing earbuds, they keep falling out despite testing several types, sizes... so I was worried that earbuds would be similar. So I looked at the simple instructions, plugged in the ear canal, and at that point I figured I had thrown 500 out the window. Terrible earache in the morning and the seal wasn't quite satisfactory either. I gave it another chance and I'm glad I did. The ear got used to it within a few days, I just had to find my own way of applying the plugs. Satisfaction now.
