They don't fit our child (7 years old) very well. Only the first stage, which does not provide much attenuation, could be plugged in. They also don't hold much in the ear when inserted like that, and the earbuds had a tendency to fall out while rolling over while sleeping.
We'll just wait till the baby grows up: -).
