I always found flying quite a struggle; sometimes I felt as if my eardrums were going to burst. On the recommendation of a friend, my friend and I bought these earplugs. And they’re brilliant! Using it in combination with a nasal spray and chewing gum is brilliant. Nothing on the first take-off; on the first landing, just a slight discomfort, but no pain. The second take-off was rather uncomfortable, but I hadn’t pushed my earplugs in far enough. When we landed, I pushed them further in and slept through almost the whole landing – that’s never happened to me before. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!
