I bought the 100g and 250g packs. The 100g one mixes easily and is slightly sweet, and compared to the 250g one it's also a more vibrant green colour. The 100g one can be mixed easily, even with a spoon.
The 250g one is hard to mix properly even with a milk frother, and it's bitter.
I don't know if it's down to the specific batch or the packaging, but for now I'll try sticking to the 100g.
