She had no problem with both the eCitizen and eID Client applications, enrolled the new certificates in the ID card, and worked on the certificate acceptance signature (3). I have to wait for registration to the slovensko.sk portal because I don't have SK ID. so you have to send the request with a certified signature to Bratislava and then everything will go as SK citizen
