Purchased as a replacement for an old appliance that had reached the end of its life. Technology has moved on since then and it shows in this product. The display is great. A large number of different settings and adjustments of washing programs. The basics are simple but it is possible to go into quite complex settings. A little noisier when drying but not a tragedy (compared to an appliance without a heat pump).
I was also satisfied with the delivery and installation service. Everything explained, tested by a technician.
Washer/dryer combination = no need to change clothes. I use it for work stuff, washed and dried overnight, put straight on in the morning.
Shows the weight of the laundry on the display when it is loaded into the drum.
Filter. Catches lint and fibers during drying. Our previous appliance had no filter at all and everything went into the drum.
Possibility to edit programs and create your own.
It has its own clock, so it shows the time when the program finishes, not just the time remaining in the cycle.
It recommends the amount of detergent after the laundry is loaded.
After drying, the laundry still smells pretty good. Probably due to the lower drying temperature.
The mobile app isn't bad. He's doing what he's supposed to do.
It washes and dries great.
A little noisier drying which is due to the heat pump technology.

After many years of using two appliances, we decided to try a combination, primarily to save space. After the first few weeks of operation we are not completely thrilled (see the negatives) but we are definitely not disappointed.
Great wash, huge capacity
Dries well, practical filter is easy to clean
Decent app, mainly good for information on program length and completion
Completely silent, no sound at all from the bathroom even with the door open
Combined programmes (washing and drying) usually wrinkle the clothes
Unfortunately, the app doesn't have the same selection of programs as the washing machine, so we control it more from the panel

As a washer and dryer, the product is great, I have absolutely nothing to complain about. So why do I give it four stars? Because the advertised Wi-Fi connection is useless. A washer and dryer will probably be bought almost exclusively by people who live in apartment buildings and have little space. The comrades at AEG, however, thought of saving twenty cents on the Wi-Fi receiver on a 1300 euro washing machine and installed a device that is only capable of receiving a signal on the 2.4 GHz frequency - which is, however, more or less useless in the apartment buildings where this appliance is primarily intended, as it is usually overwhelmed.
We kept the washing machine, my wife is very happy with it (it was a surprise after we returned from the hospital), but the Wi-Fi is a bit of a disappointment for us.

Feathers and dries really amazingly
The filter really catches a lot of mess, lint and laundry dust
Lots of programs but that many and they all go beautifully edited and the washing machine remembers them + it also goes directly from the app
After each wash it wants to clean the filter but it's a 5 second thing so it doesn't bother me too much
The touch screen is not super awesome and sometimes clicking and doing something on it is hell, if the wheel could also click or go forward/back in the menu it would be great
The washing machine can't be started directly from the mobile app, you always have to manually put it into "remote" mode, which is a bit of a shame

We are very satisfied, both with the washing and drying programs. The only small drawback is the weight of the washing machine, it gave us a hard time. I'd recommend paying extra to take it up to your apartment.

We have not yet fully tested everything, but first impressions are more than good, I have not experienced more intelligent control on a home appliance, washing and drying in the expected very good quality, washing incredibly quiet.
