We have hard water at home, so I really appreciate the water softening feature. Also, the detergent dispenser (I didn't want an automatic one, which many better washing machines unfortunately have now). Plus, the dispenser can be easily removed and cleaned after every wash. I've paired it with my AEG tumble dryer, which I've had for 7 years now and I'm completely satisfied with it (which is why I trust AEG again). The 20-minute programme works brilliantly. I also have to praise Alza's delivery service because they deliver at the weekend too. The delivery guys were great, everything was quick and flawless. For me, it's better to pay extra for large appliance delivery than to deal with when and who is going to arrive during a work week (which happens with other retailers).
