Disaster. There is no way that anyone from AEG tried the washing machine before they started selling it. Basic things like getting into the settings are extremely unintuitive or don't work. The mobile app is more decorative, the options in the app are very limited and for example if you set notifications (when you are getting drunk), you simply don't get notifications (other appliances in our home are Bosch and these basic things work without a problem). I am disappointed with AEG and will definitely buy from another manufacturer next time.
