There are people who have poor quality floors and so the vibrations are then transmitted to all parts of the house. We had the washer for about 10 years before that and it just had bearings that went out, which were replaced and it kept going. She then died of a complete breakage of the pin holding the drum. So we'll see how long this one lasts. For me, I would choose a different manufacturer next time.
