Disappointed with the mobile app's functions. I bought the oven primarily with the expectation that connecting it to the mobile app would allow me to select recipes, set baking programmes, and control the entire food preparation process directly from my phone. Unfortunately, the reality is different. The mobile app only allows for basic control of the oven, such as setting the temperature, selecting a baking mode, switching the light on, or turning the oven on and off. The recipes and assisted cooking features, which are available directly on the oven's display, are not in the app at all.
I find this a major disappointment, as the smart features and the ability to control it via a mobile phone were one of the main reasons I chose this model.
Unfortunately, the app's actual capabilities don't match what I expected based on the product presentation. I could have just bought a regular, non-smart oven for half the price. There's certainly no 'SenseCook' happening here!

What I love about the AEG 7000 SenseCook is mainly how much it makes life easier. The only thing you need to remember – it's not a 100% steam oven, so you can't purely steam vegetables in it like you would in a steamer. The steam here works as an aid for better baking. But if you're looking for a reliable partner for everyday cooking without the cleaning hassle, it'll be a fantastic addition to your kitchen.
