This is the second AEG washing machine I've bought and I have to say, the progress is amazing. I tried a wash straight away and was really thrilled with how well the machine washes even with a minimal amount of powder, and how lovely the laundry smells. It's a top product for me. 👍🏻

I haven't gone wrong with AEG so far. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the washing machine. Some cheaper models have the programme descriptions crammed so tightly around the rotary dial that you can easily turn it to the wrong setting by mistake. That's not the case here.
Excellent UniversalDose drawer
Steam programme
Quiet and economical operation
Longer duration of some programmes

The laundry is well washed.
The 1600rpm spin speed means the laundry dries faster in the tumble dryer afterwards, compared to our old 1400rpm washing machine.
Wi-Fi connectivity
Compartment for laundry capsules
Large door diameter, which makes loading and unloading laundry easier.
You can tell they've skimped on the water inlet hose. Compared to the original AEG74482, the material used looks flimsier and the hose no longer has the ratchet tightening system.

This is our second AEG washing machine (the previous one worked flawlessly for 13 years), we also have an AEG tumble dryer. In my opinion, these are reliable appliances.
quiet operation
Great selection of programmes, the 'steam refresh' is a new feature for me.
intuitive operation
possibility to connect to the app
It's a shame the washing machine doesn't have a "delay start" function (however, I was already aware of this when I bought it)
otherwise none

We've only had the washing machine for a short time, but it's already clear that we made the right choice. We already have a tumble dryer that we're very happy with, so we hope the washing machine will be the same.
