After 13 years, we've replaced our increasingly unreliable Philco, and there's a real difference. The lads who brought the new washing machine and took the old one away unfortunately carried up (thankfully only to the first floor) and unpacked the wrong one. When I noticed they were about to install a Bosch instead of an AEG, they spent a good ten minutes swearing, but then they got everything sorted out lightning fast. They also had a reducer collar for the waste hose with them.
