Honestly disappointing - for 16 000 CZK I expected a completely different level of quality I bought the washing machine with confidence in the AEG brand, but from the beginning it is unfortunately one big problem. First, the Alza carrier delivered it to me damaged - I understand that can happen, and Alza offered compensation, so I would still pass on that. What I'm not going over, though, is the actual operation of the washing machine. It vibrates, shakes and makes strange noises when washing - even with an evenly loaded drum. The whole thing feels as if the machine is technically unfinished. The AEG "smart" app is also a complete disappointment. The program search doesn't work, the app crashes or responds very slowly. You set something, but the washing machine ignores it. In the end, you'd rather go to the machine and turn on the program manually anyway - that is, if you manage to press the power button at all, which responds only after several attempts. Yes, the laundry is well washed in the end - I have to admit that. But for 16 thousand I would expect much better quality workmanship, better ergonomics and functional application. This is just a job badly done. I don't recommend it.
