Price, and although it has nothing to do with the product itself, I was satisfied with the installation and delivery from Alza.
The washing machine door is ribbed and collects dust. Dirt also builds up inside the machine – on the rubber door seal, on the glass, and in the fabric softener compartment, where residue is left behind. These might seem like minor things, but I've always been used to perfect products from AEG, and unfortunately, that's not the case here. It washes averagely, about the same as its predecessor. However, the steam programme disappointed me – the fabric wasn't refreshed after it finished and still smelled of smoke. Furthermore, the laundry remains damp after the programme ends, although this might not be a fault given how a steam programme works. The top lid of the washing machine also has what looks like protruding bumps, which I will be making a complaint about. The app, in my opinion, is very unclear and confusing. For example, you can't find water or electricity consumption in it. Sometimes the app freezes on the phone's display and can't be closed. Overall, the product disappointed me, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this washing machine.

I am very dissatisfied with Alza's approach. I just needed the contact details of the driver who took the washing machine to me so I could arrange a handover. However, the lady on the hotline was unable to provide me with a number or offer a reasonable solution. Result? On delivery, no one was on site and the washing machine was left outside without being collected. I have no problem with the driver, he was doing his job. My problem is with Alsa and its customer support, which has utterly failed in this situation. When a customer needs a simple matter resolved, they expect help, not sticks thrown under their feet. The unwillingness or incompetence of the hotline caused an unnecessary complication that could have easily been avoided. I would expect a much more professional approach from a company the size of Alza. This is really a big disappointment.
