I like good quality loose teas, for which I usually need water in the range of 60-90 °C depending on the type. The previous kettle with adjustable temperature started to leak, so I was looking for a cheap replacement and I am completely satisfied with this one after about 2 months of use.
Unbeatable price for a kettle with thermometer
Stainless steel container
Nice and functional design (the funnel does not "grind")
Removable lid (For some, this may be a disadvantage, but I got used to it with my previous kettle and prefer this system to a lid that just flips up - while it often gets in the way when pouring water, it usually "comes out" over time, so it doesn't stay in the raised position or breaks right off. )
You can't see it in the photos, but there is a sight glass with a water gauge under the handle.
Most kettles with a mechanical switch will switch themselves to the off position when removed from the base prematurely or unplugged (I use an extension cord with a switch). This one doesn't, so you have to watch it and turn it off manually. Personally, I don't mind, but e.g. I wouldn't recommend it for a household with children. (What it would realistically do if one returned it to the pedestal still on, empty or with minimal water - if it has some kind of fuse and shuts down or causes a fire / blows fuses - I'd rather not try: ) )
Cannot switch itself off at the desired temperature (only switches off when it is cooking)
It is necessary to learn to work with inertia - e.g. if I want a litre of 80° water, I have to turn it off at around 70°

great watering can, just a little bit of attention and you know immediately how much water has, it pours well, does not flow this way.
