It came in a different color and without accessories, but since I needed it the next day, I didn't have the option of returning or claiming it. It would be better if they sent the goods right the first time. This just reinforces my decision to shop at brick-and-mortar stores - at least I know what I'm taking away.
Of course, as others have written in reviews, the mattress is not self-inflating - you have to inflate it yourself.
He rustles - makes a fool of himself at the slightest movement. It doesn't bother me, but it may bother others.
