I use it daily for an hour or two (a combination of running and walking), someone here wrote that it warms up when walking - so it probably doesn't lubricate it. It's almost inaudible motor-wise, and with the right pedaling, even the running itself is quiet (but if someone runs on their heels, it doesn't help). I've been using it for about 3 months and have lubed the belt with silicone oil a couple of times (between the belt and the plate), otherwise I haven't had to adjust anything yet. I would believe the claimed load capacity of 150kg, it's a really robust construction.
