Inadequate locking of the storage box lid - small flexible tabs in the front are difficult for children to unlock. But when the children finally managed to pull the lid out and played with it for a while, the tongues broke off and the lid is now not fixed in the front and swings out freely. The two larger retractable tabs in the back have held up so far, but I don't hold out much hope for them in the future either. I see this as a necessary "DO DOMA" type fix.
