After about two month of using it, I switched to the light theme in OS and found a dead pixel in the center of the screen. Initially I thought it could be darkened or stuck, but after testing it is still visible on dark background and rebooting or running software for fixing stuck pixels does not affect it.

it is not possible to adjust the height on the extender, only the tilt (but on the other hand the screen is at a height that is perfectly suitable under normal conditions and in most cases the tilt adjustment is sufficient)
