Everything works fine, plays 4k movies on TV with clarity. When installing windows there was a problem with connecting to the internet via wifi. There is a procedure on the web how to bypass the connection request, but I had to turn on the virtual keyboard otherwise the software blocked it in the command line.

16GB ram, if you expect to do some gaming a bit newer games, expect to have to do a ram upgrade, as far as performance goes, the laptop has the minimum for it on low settings

Although it doesn't look it at first impression it is quite reliable and durable. I use an older generation Acer Aspire with the same design just an older Ryzen 7 5825U processor and after two years no problem.
It has one M2 2280 slot inside.
One extra RAM slot that's under the sheet metal and expansion probably voids your warranty. Overall, it goes like this: 8GB RAM on the board that cannot be replaced + 8GB RAM in the SODIMM slot.
The keyboard is terrible. Half-assed up and down arrow buttons a tragedy. The missing 4 column keys of the numeric keypad tragedy. The colour of the keys is often shiny and the lettering on the keys often fades.
For that price, it's just the perfect laptop for me, I use it for work.

After installing Windows, I recommend disabling automatic driver downloads, otherwise the system will install a bunch of useless programs from Acer and sound enhancements that cause programs to freeze.
