It looked like a brilliant device for the Steam Deck and Galaxy Tab S, but because of the downright deceptive offer, I'll want to return it even if it (partially) works. Samsung charges the device with the classic 9V@2A profile, which is quite far from 45W.
4K60 works
It's not particularly warm
Good long cable in the package (alone would cost a couple hundred)
USB 2.0, which is also extremely weak in power supply (can't even handle external SSD)
It's just a PD charger, the other QC profiles are a lie
