The cup has a lid that must be detached and not lost during use. At least it doesn't get dusted when it's on the shelf. Bought as a gift, delighted. It fulfills its purpose, overall I recommend it.

when hot water is poured over the eyes, they turn white
It holds well
the lid of the cup doesn't fit very well and it's rubbing against the cup. It'll probably deteriorate over time.
it is difficult to wash the cup because it does not have a regular shape
