For this price this camera is quite respectable. It's perfectly adequate for regular teleconferences. What bothers me about it is that I have to have it shot sideways and a little bit rotated to be in the middle of the picture (I tried several software - some of them shift and crop the picture deliberately). Another disadvantage is that the "lens cap" is missing.

Affordable to stock X pieces in a company IT warehouse for instant use/release, as needed.
You really don't need Full HD for normal office work, 720p is more than OK.
For the money, I guess there's no downside
