Perfect TV after firmware upgrade and ext calibration. I hope they will eventually add dolbytruehd through earc. They often print new firmware versions.
Price/performance ratio
GoogleTV OS, playstore app
The ADB option i.e. uploading applications outside the playstore, controlling the TV etc.
After external calibration with probe excellent image
CEC works perfectly, but only after firmware upgrade to V562, the supplied firmware V474 shows CEC errors
EARC does not support ATMOS with Dolby TrueHD, DD+ works
Only 1 USB connector with max. 0.5A

I purchased the TV as a replacement for a 3 year old 75ep660 from the same manufacturer. I didn't want TCL anymore, because the previous Low cost was tragic, but the reviews and 5 years warranty convinced me that it is a good choice. Compared to the previous screen, it's an incredible difference, it doesn't bear comparison, it's a completely different technology. Fast and well-tuned Google TV OS, the speed of which I still have to get used to, even after two months. Sometimes I even get the feeling that the TV reacts before I press the button: D I would recommend the TV to anyone who wants to move movie watching to another level and doesn't want to invest almost 100k in "branded" manufacturers, but they don't offer as much as TCL, or don't want OLED for some reason (burning the image when playing games) Personally I bought it on sale for 28k, if it wasn't on sale for that money, I would settle for the 7 series, which is noticeably worse. 4* only because of annoying software bugs, which I assume Google will eventually solve. *pictures taken by "Calculator"
Great picture, black rendering is almost perfect and bears comparison with OLED
HDMI 2.1 works perfectly with PS5
Fast hardware that can stream Kodi movies around 90GB without lag (over LAN), so my nVidia Shield is redundant
eARC which can send Dolby Atmos sound to compatible devices, but beware, even if I have a receiver with ARC with HDMI 2.0b only, Atmos is still working.
The 5-year warranty, which did not seem to me at first, because you have about a month to register the product for the warranty, but at the same time when registering I got a reply that they have a month to deal with it, so if I put some data wrong, there was a risk that I would not get the warranty. but everything went fine
Finally a device that works without problems with Google home, ie not that there is always some probelm to find the device, just say Hey google, turn on living room tv and it will start, or in the case of the opposite pozadavku turns off. At the same time, it works 100% in routines, for example, when I turn on the TV, the curtain is pulled and the lights are turned off.
120hz (144hz from PC only) is really significant. even if you run 60fps movies, which are few, I take the movie Blink with 60fps and 76GB as a reference, it's really a feast for the eyes. Even ordinary 4k or FHD movies are simply sharper, in every situation and even with fast movements, you can feel the hairs on the actor's nose.
Lots of image settings that might confuse newbies, but there are tons of videos on YB on how to set it up perfectly. I'll point out the black dimming on the black bars, where the TV can simply turn off the backlight completely.
According to the assumption, lowering the brightness reduces the power consumption rapidly, think about it when you need to run a marathon for several hours.
Incompatibility with the Onkyo TX-NR575 (same company as TCL) manifested by the inability to display the OSD menu from Onkyo for settings, must be switched to another TV
LAN only 100mbit
Occasional problems with the sound, when everything seems to play receiver, but nothing plays, when any change to BT headphones, speakers from the TV, etc. still nothing plays. You need to reboot the TV.
The built-in speakers suck, even two subwoofers do nothing and there's no Dolby Atmos to speak of at all
The VESA holder is always a problem with these larger TVs, as the size is small compared to the width of the TV, on the SDK wall, which shakes slightly every time you close the door, the TV looks like it should fly away somewhere. But that's normal, every 75" we've had has done that to us, and even a more sophisticated design for a TV in SDK does nothing about it. Maximum ceiling-floor spacers, but this is too laborious.
