Ambilight - Great for viewing in the evenings to soften the contrast of the picture against a dark room. It doesn't hurt your eyes so much
More complicated setup at the beginning. If you really care about the image, you'll be tweaking all sorts of values in the settings for a while to get the image properly keyed.
The size (it's really big, I had trouble even getting it home, let alone unpacking it myself. It weighs about 26 kg)
