And Had to raise replacement on esame day. Its disappointing to get a damaged product as brand new. Had to follow up. I bought an LG OLED65C54 TV on Monday and was extremely disappointed to find that it doesn't support the DTS audio format, which is a very common format (for example, on DVDs). Why would the 2025 model lack such basic functionality? Is this a manufacturing oversight, a cost-cutting decision, or is there another motive - perhaps to get customers to buy soundbars? Honestly, I didn't expect this from such a trusted brand. Plus, the remote control that comes with the TV seems like a joke. Netflix and Prime are available, but where is HBO or the widely used OnePlay in the Czech Republic? Why can't the buttons be remapped to the services I actually use? And seriously - where is the mute button? Where are the number buttons, the red button? Where are the Pause and Play buttons? It's incredibly frustrating. If this TV wasn't so big and didn't have such a beautiful picture, I would seriously consider returning it. Adverts on TV or voice-controlled interception where you have to agree in the contract to have your bedroom bugged by third parties is also very cool. Disgusting. I'm coming.
