5 years warranty on LG panel (not shown here). So I probably bought an extended warranty for 7.000 CZK, where the extra is just work)
free wall mount. Not compatible with other TV brands.

no stand, can only be attached to the wall. Before buying it in the store, I asked if it had a stand. Verified that he has. I paid, drove and unpacked at home. There is a FREE wall mount in the box. And on the box it says that the stand can be bought separately. Alza does not offer it, it is unavailable elsewhere and the price is about 4-5.000 CZK.
instructions as always almost useless. You can find everything on youtube, google, etc.
