I bought this TV after my previous JVC died after very heavy use. The price/performance ratio is excellent. The colors are really amazing - so much so that I had to turn them down in the settings because I like realistic colors. The sound is decent, the settings are quite intuitive, and above all, there are enough options for setting both the image and the sound. I doubt that the backlight is Direct LED, because where it should be black, the backlight is still on, so it' s more likely EDGE LED. What struck me the most is that the TV does not have USB-3. I bought it mainly to play movies from an external 2.5“ drive, which of course takes 1A, so I can' t plug it into USB 2 on the TV. I consider USB 3 not to be installed on a TV made in the 21st century a very big mistake. My TV made 6 years ago also had that. In the same way, you can see significant savings on the mechanical construction - the overall strength is not miraculous, and I was quite worried when hanging it on the VESA bracket on the wall. But what I would really condemn is the user manual - the CZ manual for the previous JVC TV was very extensive and detailed. But the instructions for this TV are only a few pages, from which you will learn almost nothing. However, the setup is quite intuitive.
However, I take it that for the price of 12900, - it' s a pretty good buy for those who don' t have money to throw around.
