Very slow operating system – long response times to commands, unnecessarily complicated controls – e.g. an elementary function like the sleep timer is only accessible in the menu after 11 clicks (yes, really, eleven clicks before you get to the sleep timer option and can set something). This must have been designed by some desk-bound idiot. There's no user manual (just a booklet in 27 languages where the Czech section has only two pages of useless info like on/off, volume etc., but how to adjust settings is missing). The QR code doesn't work, or rather, it links to a non-functional website. I had to go to the effort of finding the manual on the web myself.
