The foil is good, it protects the watch from scratches, but it doesn't last much. Minor scratches will heal under the sun, but if you work with the watch, it's easy to permanently abrade the film, peel it off, get it dirty, and create new bubbles. Personally, I would have appreciated a tempered glass more, but given the rounded display on the watch, I wouldn't have gotten much help either. I'm afraid the foil will be a consumer product.
