Great picture (for an OLED – so brightness drops with a larger area and HDR does too)
Good stand
Easy to assemble
Clear OSD menu
Power delivery
Smart AI: ) the screen protection isn't good, it didn't detect me leaving and when I arrived it turned off the screen (maybe it's due to the placement in backlight by the window)
When will they finally make a monitor where you can easily manage the cables without it resembling a colonoscopy?
The unit I bought as unboxed/returned had a visible smudge (scuff? ) that couldn't be cleaned off. The USB A-B cable was missing (returned)
The effort to get AI onto the box is comical

I am very satisfied with the monitor, I've owned it for about half a year. *With my RTX 4070TI with DSC turned off and 10-bit colour, the maximum refresh rate via HDMI is 120Hz. Since this is not the fault of this specific monitor but the bandwidth of the interface, I am not lowering my rating of the product. In any case, one has to take into account that the stated 360Hz does not apply to all colour combinations etc.
It doesn't blur text like the older generation of QD-OLED. This makes it suitable for work too.
Black is black (not purple)
More durable screen surface than other (older) QD LED monitors
Sturdy and stable (heavy) stand
The monitor has never turned off on me during gaming/work due to panel maintenance (tested for 6months)
Perfect picture
turning off Display Stream Compression (DSC) and using 10-bit colour reduces the maximum refresh rate to lower values*
The OLED Care monitor turn-off is quite impractical, it takes a very long time for the monitor to return to an operational state

What a pity it came failed! Test all your ports in your brand new monitor
Excelent image.
Clear text.
Punchy HDR.
Great colours! the best I have seen in an oled monitor.
Excelent for work and gaming.
More customization.
I had to return it because the HDMI 2 port is not working properly. The image dissapears, comes back on and off again. It is not stable, unusable for gaming.
I had to replace it by an Alienware AW3425DW that is million years away from the image quality of MSI.

An absolutely incredible picture. Black is truly black. And not just dark grey, as with previous panel technologies.
The ideal aspect ratio and screen size for both gaming and entertainment. Even a slight bend is just right.
Image stability during fast movements. I really didn’t expect such a difference.
The colours are on a whole new level. Suddenly, the visuals in both games and films seem completely different.
Thanks to the 360 Hz refresh rate – even though I’m only using 240 Hz – the response and smoothness are absolutely incredible.
Maybe just the price. Otherwise, nothing.

Currently (early February 2026) the monitor with probably the best QD-OLED panel on the market. The vertical subpixel arrangement (RGB Stripe) finally eliminates the problem of OLED panels with colored font borders in Windows systems. So I can already recommend this monitor for work.
Its unrivalled refresh rate and response time also make it an absolute beast for gaming. As far as image quality is concerned. I didn't expect anything else for the money. completely without reservation. So the few comments below could not affect my overall 5 star rating. However, I am evaluating after only 3 days of use.
P. S. I use a VESA mount. I haven't even unpacked the original stand - so I can't rate it.
image quality (colour coverage)
high brightness
refresh rate
21:9 aspect ratio
compromise radius of curvature for work and play
KVM (switching could be faster)
USB-C with 98W power and DisplayPort Alt Mode
sober (conservative, non-gaming) desigh
several ways to protect against burning
absence of (equally poor quality) speakers
(almost) all necessary cables in the package
AI Care Sensor (dims the brightness or turns off the monitor based on the person's gaze/presence). The display can be set to turn off for a maximum of 2 minutes after the person leaves, it takes too long to turn it back on. Ideally, only the screen should be turned off, not the entire monitor. But I'm using the off/on switch for now. I found the constant change of brightness (Adaptive Dim) when looking at different parts of the screen to be unusable.
only 2 USB-A connectors
the location of the connectors does not allow to hide the connected cables
DisplayPort 2.1 (UHBR13.5) can only do 54Gbps. This means using DSC compression at a refresh rate of 360 Hz. Some upcoming monitors with this panel have DisplayPort 2.1 (UHBR20), which handles this frequency without compression.
the package does not include a USB-C cable, all cables are about 1.5m long, which is insufficient to install the monitor on a VESA mount.
