For me personally, a nice monitor for work rather than play (I prefer 16:9). There is a very pleasant high frequency and nice colour rendering, which guarantees very pleasant functioning for long hours without eye pain. All cables are included and there is no need to buy anything extra (I have a double laptop setup)
