there is no official Win10 monitor driver from the manufacturer; the product comes with a driver CD for Win7 and Win8 only; after a few hours of searching in foreign discussions and various other tutorials, I finally managed to install the Win8 driver into Win10; I consider it a gross mistake by the manufacturer and seller to offer these goods to lay consumers; The monitor itself is not responsible for this error, it is fine.
