Connected to a new Lenovo laptop, I had to connect it via USB-C and HDMI at the same time for the picture to work at all. The monitor was detected in the system as "PnP incompatible monitor, so only in 640x480 resolution, which can not be increased (resolution adjustment option unavailable). Windows and drivers updated, didn't help. There are no drivers for the monitor. For me, an unusable thing.
only 640x480 works for me
my two month old laptop must be connected via USB-C and HDMI for the picture to work at all
