I preferred the more expensive version of the monitor to the cheaper ones, which have reviews about overheating or flickering, for example. This one doesn't overheat or flicker. It's excellent. When powered from a laptop, the monitor brightness can be increased to a max of 60 out of 100. So far, 60 has been enough for me. If needed, you can connect a power bank and get the brightness up to 100. But I haven't needed that yet.
Excellent image
USB-C on both sides
Can be screwed onto a tripod and held in position above the laptop
Maybe just the higher price.
