The stand and handle are made of heat-resistant plastic. The lid is equipped with a heater. Excess heat and steam generated during baking can escape through the valves in the lid. The lower part of the lid, like the bowl, is covered with Teflon. The switch on the top can be used to switch the heater off and on.
