jak je možné, že na tento motocykl stačí řidičský průkaz A2, když má výkon 45kW?

Dobrý den, u elektromobilů a elektromotorek je pro řidičské oprávnění relevantní hodnota nominálního výkonu, neboli "15/30 minutes power." Přestože mají některá Zera maximální výkon vyšší, lze je tedy řídit s oprávněním A2.
