Dobrý den, tú záruku ste si zakúpili ako záruku u nás. Takže budú to posudzovať naši reklamační technici. Tá, ktorá je od výrobcu, tam to môžete tiež reklamovať ale budú to posudzovať reklamační technici výrobcu. Treba tie záruky brať teda osobitne.
