Dobrý večer, koupil jsem tento produkt. Byl zlevněný kvůli tomu, že byl použitý. Vypadá to, že kabel k tomuto externímu boxu je poškozen. Disk se mi neustále připojuje a odpojuje od počítače. Snad každé dvě vteřiny. Zjistil jsem to tak, že mám ještě jeden externí HDD, který má stejný kabel a s ním disk funguje. Je možné reklamovat pouze kabel???

Zařízení je možné reklamovat pouze kompletní. V tomto případě, pokud je problém ihned po koupi se standartně řeší reklamace výměnou zboží.
