Dobrý deň,
práve mi od vás prišli tieto slúchadlá, ale neviem ich spárovať so svojim iPhone 12 mini. Mám iOS 26.2 a Bluetooth som skúšala reštartovať, samozrejme som všetko nabila a opakovane otvorila a zatvorila. Svieti len biela kontrolka pri nabíjaní a chvíľku po otvorení krabičky. Skúšala som aj cez appku Xiaomi Home a nič. Prosím poraďte.

Mne zasa urobilo to ze pri prvom zapnuty mi telefon sluchadla nasiel ale hned napisalo chyba parovania nepodarilo sa sparovat ..a potom uz mi ich telefon nenasiel a skusal som to aj na druhom ani on ich nenasiel skusal som navod cez AI ako ich skusit spojazdnit aj navody cez internet a nenaslo ich stale

Dobry den, sluchatka se sparuji bud pres nabidku Bluetooth v Nastaveni nebo pres appku Xiaomi Earbuds, zkouseli jsme ted s kolegou, ktery ma tez iPhone Mini a bez problemu.

Dobrý deň,
nakoniec sme prišli na to, že kde je problém - dole na boxe týchto sluchátok je tlačidlo, ktoré prakticky nie je vidieť, lebo splýva farebne, a treba ho stlačiť na spustenie režimu párovania.
