Dobrý den mám u Vás zakoupené hodinky Withings Scanwatch (po záruce), odlepilo se mi spodní víčko a v důsledku toho nefunguje ani boční tlačítko. Marně sháním servis, prosím kdo v ČR poskytuje servis, zatím jsem nikde nedohledala, oslovila jsem spoustu servisů, ale zn. Withings nikde neopravují. Děkuji za odpověď. JK

Skúsil by som kontaktovať priamo Withings alebo aj Alzu. Podľa mňa by to mali zobrať aj po záruke zo slušnosti, pretože sa jedná o výrobnú vadu. Mojim hodinkám sa to našťastie stalo mesiac pred koncom záruky.
