Zdravim, neviem sparovat Hub s aplikaciou weber connect. Skusal som aj android aj ios a appka zariadenie nenajde. Myslel som ze je problem v zariadeni ale po reklamacii som dostal novy kus ktory tiez nedokazem sparovat, verim teda ze je problem vo mne. Vie niekto poradit?

Weber chybu neudělal. Chybu udělal Alza dodavatel tohoto produktu. Weber nemá dodělaný SW pro tento produkt. Na což jsou prodejci upozorněny a nemají ho prozatím dodávat k prodeji koncovému zákazníkovi. Takže Weber ani “Alza” za to nemohou.

Dobry den, dnes som odoslal na Weber support poziadavku s tymto istym problemom na Androide. Skusal som uplne vsetko, aj ine zariadenie. Nepodarilo sa mi ho sparovat. Ak mi poslu nejake riesenie, napisem ho aj sem.

Chybu urobil niekde Weber. Android 15 a 16 totiz ani nenajde hub cez Bluetooth. Verzia 14 ho aspon zobrazi v telefone medzi dostupnymi Bluetooth zariadeniami (sice s nazvom Storm, asi podla cipu), lenze aplikacia Weber Connect ho nenajde. Cize chyba nie u vas, ani v telefone, je to chyba v hube samotnom.
