Ale ano, v popise je uvedene ze balenie obsahuje redukciu a ani ja som ju nemal pribalenu v baleni. Pretoze ide o uplne iny adapter - iba 4,15 A a nie 5 ako je v popise. V popise mate uvedene "Zdroj obsahuje konektor DC 5,5/2,1 – 2,5 mm" - co su dva rozne konektory ktore sa nedaju zamienat, pretoze jeden ma hrubsi kolik/dierku a druhy tensiu. Na fotografii je ta redukcia vyobrazena a prave ta riesi moznost zapojenia DC 5,5/2,5. Dodany adapter ma iba konektor DC 5,5/2,1 - co nezodpoveda uvedenemu popisu ani fotografii... A navyse prispevok pod tymto "Expert Alza.sk, 28. 04. 2024" potvrdzuje ze v baleni ma byt redukcia a nie je...

U popisu není uveden typ konektoru, respektive konektorů.
Jde o konektory o průměru 5 mm, 4 mm nebo 3,5 mm?

Virtuos externí napájecí zdroj pro dotykové monitory, 12V/5A (neoriginál) obsahuje kabel pro připojení k elektrické síti a redukci DC.
Podle dostupných informací je konektor zdroje 5,5/2,1 mm a konektor redukce je 5,5/2,5 mm.
Takže se nejedná o konektory o průměru 5 mm, 4 mm nebo 3,5 mm.

redukcia v baleni nie je, dodavany je uplne iny adapter 4,15A - uz sa tu stazovalo viac ludi na to. Opravte to v popise.
